Ryan Reynolds plays a bodyguard who has lost his license. On the advice of a psychotherapist, he goes on vacation to Italy in search of a ‘spiritual awakening’.
However, his peace is disturbed when Sonia Kincaid (played by Salma Hayek) appears and forces him at gunpoint to go with her to rescue Darius Kincaid (played by Samuel L. Jackson). They are then caught by an Interpol agent who threatens to spend the rest of their lives in prison if they don’t help him solve a mysterious attack that threatens to destroy all of Europe.
